What We Collect

• Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address and message when you call, text, email or use a contact or booking link.
• Information collected automatically. Basic visit data such as your browser, device type, pages viewed, approximate location (city level) and the time of your visit.
• Accessibility settings. If you use our accessibility menu, your choices are saved in your own browser only. They are not sent to us.

Please do not send medical details, photos of your child or other sensitive health information by website form or regular email. Share them in the office or through our secure patient system.

How We Use It

We use your information to answer you, schedule visits, send reminders you asked for, improve the website and keep it secure. We use it for nothing else.

Cookies and Analytics

The site uses a small number of cookies needed to work. If we turn on website analytics, we will use a privacy-minded setup that counts visits without tracking you across other websites, and we will update this page first. We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control and "Do Not Track" signals where our tools allow.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the services that help us run the practice, such as our scheduling and records system, website host, secure messaging and email provider, and payment processor. They may use it only to serve us. We also share information when the law requires it. We never sell your information and we never share it for cross-context advertising.

Our site links to other websites, such as our booking page, Google, Yelp and our online supplement dispensary. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

Children

This website is for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through the website. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Keeping It Safe and How Long We Keep It

We use secure hosting (HTTPS), limit access to our team, and keep website messages only as long as needed to help you or as the law requires. Patient records follow Nevada record retention rules and our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Your Rights in Nevada

Nevada law (NRS 603A and Senate Bill 370, the consumer health data law) lets you ask whether we collect your information, see it, have it deleted, and opt out of any sale of covered information. We do not sell it. To opt out or make a request, contact us using the details below.

Your Rights in California

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and related laws, California residents may ask us to tell them what we collect, give them a copy, correct it, delete it, limit use of sensitive information, and not sell or share it. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not discriminate against anyone who uses these rights. Under California’s Shine the Light law, you may ask who we have shared personal information with for direct marketing. The answer is no one. We also describe how we respond to browser signals above.

Your Rights Anywhere Else

If you live in another state, you may still ask us to see, correct or delete your website information, and we will follow your state’s rules when they apply to us.
