Who These Terms Cover

These terms apply to chiro-mamas.com and any pages on it, run by Chiro Mamas and Dr. Justine J. Rhee, D.C., 6675 S. Tenaya Way, Suite 200, Office 19, Las Vegas, NV 89113. Care in our office is covered by your signed patient paperwork. If the two ever conflict, your patient paperwork controls for your care.

The site gives general education. Reading it does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and it is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Please read our Healthcare Disclaimer. If you have an emergency, call 911.

Using the Site

You may use the site for your own personal, lawful use. Please do not copy it in bulk with automated tools, try to break or overload it, send harmful code, pretend to be someone else, or use it to harass anyone.

Booking, Texts and Calls

Online booking runs through our scheduling provider, and the terms and privacy policy of that provider apply there. When you give us your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your visits and your questions. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to end texts. Please do not send health details by regular text or email.

Fees and Payments

Fees are on our Fees page and may change. Care is self-pay. We do not bill insurance, and we give you a superbill you may send to your own insurer. Whether it reimburses you is between you and your plan. Your Good Faith Estimate explains costs before care starts.

Supplements and Other Links

The site links to outside companies, including our online supplement dispensary. We may earn a small commission on some purchases, and we say so where that applies. We do not control these sites, and what they say is theirs. Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Stories and reviews reflect one person’s experience. Results vary, and no result is promised.

Our Content

The words, photos, logos, designs and graphics here belong to Chiro Mamas or are used with permission, and the law protects them. You may share a link or quote a short portion with credit to us. Please ask before using more. Chiro Mamas and our logos are our brand names.

Your Messages

If you send us feedback or a review idea, we may use it to improve our work without owing you anything. Please keep it free of private health details.

No Guarantees and Limits on Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be error-free or available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Chiro Mamas is not responsible for damages from using the site or relying on its general information. Nothing here limits your rights under laws that cannot be waived, including rights as a patient or consumer in Nevada, California or your own state, or our responsibility for our own professional care.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms follow Nevada law. We hope to solve any problem by talking first. Any dispute related to the website will be handled in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, unless the law of your home state gives you the right to use your own courts. If you live in California, nothing here takes away protections California law gives you.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
