Your First Visit
Nobody likes walking into an appointment not knowing what happens, how long it takes or what it costs. So here it all is.

Talk First, or Book Now
Both are easy. Pick whichever feels right.
Talk First
A free 20-minute phone call. Ask anything about care, cost and your situation. No commitment, no card.
Reserve a Free CallFrom Hello to Your First Adjustment
No guessing, no surprises. Here’s the whole path.
Start with a Call or a Booking
Talk to us first on a free 20-minute phone call, or book your visit online in about two minutes. Either way, intake forms arrive by email so your visit is about you, not a clipboard.

Visit One: The Conversation and Exam
Dr. Rhee listens first: your history, your pregnancy or your child’s story, and what you want out of this. Then the full Gonstead exam, adapted to your stage of pregnancy or your child’s age.

Visit One: Your First Adjustment
You get a specific, gentle adjustment on day one, and you’ll know exactly what’s about to happen before it does.

Visit Two: Your Findings and Plan
Dr. Rhee shows you what she found and why it matters, then shares a recommended plan with the timeline and total cost. Take part of it, all of it or none of it. Questions are expected.

Meet Dr. Rhee
Your first visit is with Dr. Rhee herself, a Gonstead chiropractor who cares for women, babies and kids. Bring your questions. Bring your baby too.
Meet the ChiroFamHow Long It Takes
- Initial visit: the longest appointment you’ll have with us. Allow generous time for exam and consultation.
- Infants under 1 year: extended by design. Care goes at the baby’s pace, with breaks for feeding, soothing and diaper changes, and time for breastfeeding and latch support.
- Follow-up visits: shorter and focused on care and progress.
What to Bring
- Completed intake forms, if you filled them in advance
- Any relevant imaging, lab work or provider notes
- Comfortable clothing you can move in
- Your baby (genuinely, bring them)
- HSA/FSA card if you plan to use it
Payment & Insurance
Chiro Mamas is a cash-based practice. Superbills are available on request if you’d like to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Every fee is published on the Fees & Packages page. There are no surprises at checkout.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We hold your appointment time exclusively for you, so we ask for reasonable notice, and we extend the same courtesy in return.
- 24 business hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule.
- Monday appointments must be changed by the preceding Friday.
- This applies to us too: holidays and any days off by the doctor are always communicated ahead of time.
- Missed appointments without proper notice may be charged a fee.
- Emergencies are handled case by case. Just tell us.
